1. Brief introduction of function
    CB-BNS ceramic stainless steel gear pump is a new type of chemical pump developed on the basis of CB-B gear pump.

2. Structural characteristics:
     CB-BNS pump uses stainless steel for the body, high quality alloy steel for the heart (gear), the transmission of SF-1 type composite bearings, the upper and bottom of the inner wall inlay ceramic, reduce the wear of shaft contact end axial oil seal use bone pipe rack and high temperature rubber oil seal.


3. The characteristics of the pump:
     3.1 Small volume, light weight, simple structure, low price and reliable work.
     3.2 Good self-priming performance, no oil is needed when the machine is opened, and the first use does not need to be filled with oil.
     3.3 Easy to install, use and maintain.

4. Application
Medium: sodium silicate and potassium water glass (commonly known as runner alkali and polysilicate aqueous solution).
Scope of application:
Pumping, printing ink, kerosene, high temperature, acid and alkali resistance can also be used as boiler oil pumps for ceramic and glass industries.
