It is understood that on the morning of the 19th, a mountain collapse occurred 50 meters downstream of the Wanyuan Baiyangxi Power Station, blocking the river from forming a dammed lake, causing 1 person on duty in the power plant room to be killed and 9 missing.

On the 22nd, search and rescue personnel found a dead person's body 3 kilometers downstream from the station. In the control room of the power station, the search and rescue personnel under a silted car again found a victim. After more than 10 public security officers and fire fighters kept smashing and digging for nearly two hours, the body was finally shipped out.
