On August 13th, the weather in Dallas was a bit gloomy. After breakfast, Hugo, the product manager of Liugong North America, took us to the first customer to visit the PILLAR TRACTOR factory.

PILLAR TRACTOR is a Dallas-based factory that specializes in sand and gravel processing. It can process 3000-3500 cubic meters of sand per day. At the beginning of 2017, the PILLAR TRACTOR factory introduced Liugong equipment. Due to its trust in equipment, it has introduced Liugong's loaders, excavators and bulldozers, as well as slipping equipment. So far, the plant already has 14 sets of Liugong equipment, accounting for about 25% of the total plant equipment. “Liugong CLG890H loader is mainly responsible for stone transportation and loading and unloading operations. It can process 1800-2000 tons of sand and gravel every day, and work 13-14 hours a day, almost at full capacity. It has been working for more than 1860 hours. There have been no faults, Liugong equipment is really good!” Zach Weir, the son of the sandstone factory owner, described it to us.

Daniel, the operator of the CLG890H loader in the gravel factory, also spoke highly of our equipment. He said, "Liugong equipment is very comfortable to operate, and the power of the equipment to move forward and backward is sufficient, and the cycle time of the equipment is high. The hydraulic system reacts quickly and can compete with many international first-line brands.” Daniel said excitedly that the biggest feature of the equipment is that the fuel consumption is extremely low. The fuel consumption of 12-14 hours is about half that of other brands of the same tonnage.

In addition, Daniel also made a pertinent suggestion for the cab of Liugong equipment. He believes that the armrests of the equipment can be put higher and higher, which is more convenient and practical to use. This is really necessary for Americans who are significantly taller and weigh more than Asians.

As a national brand in China, we are highly appraised by users in the highly competitive North American market for construction machinery and equipment. What made us moved this visit is that in order to support the interview and shooting, the user gave a lot of equipment and personnel support, and even to reduce the impact of noise, the general authorities also stopped for nearly three hours.
