Instructions

1. Installation: Firstly, according to the actual needs of the work site, determine the installation position and mode of the lamp, and then prepare the corresponding length of Φ10～Φ14mm three-core cable according to the distance from the lamp to the power contact.

2. Wiring: Loosen the M6 ​​socket head cap screw of the upper cover, open the upper cover of the lamp, loosen the compression nut of the lamp cable inlet, remove the sealing piece, and introduce the power cable through the compression nut to the internal terminal of the lamp. At the place, fix the wire connection, tighten the cable and tighten the nut, and then install the front cover of the lamp.

3. Replace the light source: When replacing the LED and the circuit board, open the front cover of the lamp, flip the front cover down, first remove the reflector, then remove the LED assembly and the circuit board, and replace it with a new LED assembly and circuit board. Install the front cover of the lamp.

Precautions

1. When transporting, install the lamp in the carton equipped with foam shock absorber.

2. When installing the luminaire, the luminaire should be safely grounded.

3. When using, the surface of the lamp has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; the center temperature of the transparent part is high and must not be touched.

4. When maintaining the lamp, you must first disconnect the power supply.
