First, the equipment considerations before installation
Before the installation of the access control, the situation at the survey site needs to be understood.
The first step is to determine whether it is networked or standalone. The networking type is more complicated. It is necessary to know what kind of lock the door structure is installed, the installation position of the card reader, the position of the management center, its distance from the control host and the card reader, the way of the cable, and the position of the power supply. Is it in place?
Pay attention to what kind of locks the door is equipped with. Do not open or open the position of the keyhole, such as glass doors, frameless glass doors and framed glass doors. Glass doors are generally equipped with electric plug locks. Framed glass doors generally place the inserts on the door frame, so the keyholes are open to the door. If it is a frameless glass door, the glass door clamp is used, so the keyhole must be biased to the inner side. Wooden door, if the thickness is not enough to install the electric plug lock, it is necessary to install the electromagnetic lock, and the position of the bracket should be selected. There are still some problems that may be encountered in actual operation. For example, if there is any decorative material in the hole opening, there will be corresponding problems. The marble material should be well positioned before opening the hole, otherwise it will be opened. cause trouble.
The installation of the access control generally includes the installation of a card reader, a controller, a door lock, and a button. Before we explain in detail how to install, let us first talk about the installation position of the access control, because the installation position of the access control directly affects the use of the access control card and the difficulty of construction, which is more important.
1. If it is a cement wall or a stone wall, it can be used outside the pipeline or avoiding the marble;
2. If it is an iron door or a stainless steel door, avoid metal objects when the door is installed. You can cut off the metal at the door installation position. The card reader can be padded with plastic sheets to avoid interference;
3. In order to ensure the communication effect and the increase and upgrade of the equipment in the future, the controller installation position should also be noted. If the controller and the computer use TCP/IP network communication, in the case of convenient wiring, all controllers can be placed in a central computer room or weak electric well with more complete temperature control environment for easy maintenance. If the distance is too far, you can also connect the controller to the network.
Card reader to controller line
It is recommended to use 8-core shielded multi-strand twisted pair cable (three cores are reserved, if the card reader sound and light feedback legal card is not connected to the LED line), the data line Data1Data0 is twisted. The wire diameter is recommended to be more than 0.3 square millimeters. The longest can not exceed 100 meters. Shield the line to the GND of the controller. For the button to controller line, it is recommended to use two core wires with a wire diameter of more than 0.5 square millimeters.
Button to controller
Two-core cable can be used, and the wire diameter is recommended to be more than 0.5 square millimeter.
Electric lock to controller
It is recommended to use a two-core power cord with a wire diameter of 1.0 square millimeter or more. If it is more than 50 meters, consider using a thicker line, or multiple strands in parallel, and; or through the power supply's fine-tuning button, increase the output voltage to about 14V. Do not exceed 100 meters in length. For the magnetic door to the controller, it is recommended to select two core wires with a wire diameter of 0.3 square millimeter or more. If there is no need to know the door switch state online or the door does not need to be closed for a long time and the alarm function is illegally closed, the door magnetic wire can be disconnected. .
When installing the access controller, pay attention to the following aspects:
1, anti-electromagnetic interference
For card readers and door openers, special attention should be paid to electromagnetic interference, especially interference problems such as lighting switches, electric typewriters and computers. When the conditions permit, the reader installation position should be more than 30cm away from the strong electric power supply.
2, to prevent the attenuation of the transmission signal
The installation of the access controller takes into account the distance between the controller and the reader. The ideal transmission distance is within 100m. For signal transmission cables, cable shielding and signal attenuation due to long-distance transmission must be considered. In the pipeline construction process, the steel pipe and cable bridge should be used and grounded reliably.
Wiring needs attention in the construction of access control system
1. All the wires must be sleeved, PVC pipe and galvanized pipe can be used to prevent the mouse from breaking the line and causing malfunction. It is strongly recommended that all traces of this system must be separated from the 220V strong wires.
2. Although the controller has a good anti-static, lightning-proof, and anti-leakage design, make sure that the controller chassis and the AC ground wire are well connected, and the AC ground wire is grounded.
3. It is recommended that you do not always plug and unplug the terminals. Please unplug the terminals and perform the corresponding welding work.
4. Do not disassemble or replace the controller chip. Non-professional operation will cause the controller to be damaged.
5, it is not recommended that you arbitrarily connect other additional equipment, all unconventional operations, please be sure to communicate with our engineers.
6. In terms of electricity consumption, do not connect the controller and other high current devices to the same power socket.
7. The installation height of the card reader and button is 1.4 meters from the ground, which can be increased or decreased according to the customer's usage habits.
8. The controller is recommended to be installed on the ceiling inside the door or in a location that is easy to maintain, such as a weak electric well.
9. Pay attention to the wiring of the terminal. Do not expose the exposed metal part too long to avoid short circuit and communication failure.
10, the connection of the wire and the wire, try to use the soldering iron to solder, the screwing method is easy to cause poor contact.
Second, equipment debugging
1. After the system is installed, first access the signal of the access control card reader to the host, and then separately detect the situation of the access control card reader, whether there is any false negative or false alarm. After the road detection is no problem, it is connected to another road. In this way, each road is tested separately, and all the lines are connected after the confirmation is correct.
2. The management personnel can separately authorize according to the authority of the user. For example, some personnel can enter and exit any place at any time. The ordinary personnel can only enter and leave the authorization scope within the authorization time by the authorization card. When all access points are normally turned on and turned on illegally, check if the control center computer has a record.
3. If the central computer cannot be connected to the controller due to malfunction or other reasons, can the controller independently record the relevant information of the controlled door point. When the central computer is connected, can all information be automatically uploaded, and whether the information record can be guaranteed intact? Sex.
4, do a good job of debugging records.
5. Finally fill in the completion report.
Third, pipeline installation
1. The installation engineering wiring shall comply with the national regulations “Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Electrical Installations” and relevant national regulations and regulations. Threading in the pipe or in the trunking shall be carried out after the construction plastering and ground works. The water and debris in the pipe or in the trunk should be removed before threading. Lines of different systems, different voltage levels, and different current types should not be worn in the same tube or in the same slot of the slot. The wire shall be inside the pipe or in the trunking and shall not have joints or kinks.
The connectors of the wires shall be soldered in the junction box or connected by terminals. Small-section system connections can be spliced, the number of twisted turns should be more than five inches, then tinned, wrapped with insulating tape. The pipeline shall pass the deformation joints of the building (including settlement joints, expansion joints, anti-seismic joints, etc.), and compensation measures shall be taken. The conductors shall be fixed across the deformation joints with sufficient margin. Terminals in the terminal box should be crimped or terminal strips with solder joints, and the terminals should have a label.
2. The access controller should be installed firmly, not tilted, and should have obvious signs. Installed on a lightweight partition wall, reinforcement measures should be taken. Introduce the cable or wire of the access controller, the wiring should be neat and avoid crossover, and the part of the cable core wire and the wire to be fixed should be fixed, and the drawing should not be faded; the terminal block and each terminal, wiring No more than two; the cable core and the wire should be left with a margin of not less than 20cm; the wire should be bundled into bundles; after the wire lead-through wire is threaded, it should be sealed at the inlet pipe.
3. The main power inlet of the access controller should be directly connected to the power supply. It is strictly forbidden to use the power plug. The main power supply should have obvious signs; the grounding of the access controller is firm and has obvious signs.
4. The routing and specifications of the monitoring indoor grounding busbar should meet the design requirements. The following rules should be met during construction: the surface of the grounding busbar should be complete, no obvious damage and residual flux slag, copper busbar light, slippery burr, no cracking of the insulation layer; grounding busbar should be placed in the ground trough or cable The center of the walkway is fixed on the outside of the frame slot. The busbar should be flat and must not be skewed or bent. The connection between the busbar and the rack or the roof should be firm; the copper busbar on the cable walkway can be fixed by screws, and the copper stranded busbar on the cable walkway should be tied to the crossbar; the system lightning protection grounding installation should be Construction in strict accordance with design requirements. Grounding installation should be carried out simultaneously with civil construction.
Fourth, access control system networking
1. Since the access control system belongs to the security subsystem, it is generally integrated with the security system such as video surveillance and parking system, and shares the security network. Therefore, the current mainstream access control system is the network access control system.
