"Research on active dislocation technology of large power grid based on multi-source information and trajectory trend prediction" is aimed at the problem of insufficient adaptability of traditional passive dislocation and difficult to defend against unexpected faults. The characteristics of disturbed trajectory of interconnected power grid in large area are studied, and the limit is mastered. The trajectory trend prediction method of the learning machine realizes the search and real-time positioning of the oscillating center and the disjoint section based on multi-source data, and provides the reconstruction scheme and system implementation scheme of the out-of-step disengagement device.
"Research on the core technology of stable control based on multi-source real-time data transfer scheduling mode and the development of key equipment", aiming at the shortcomings of the existing information communication system in the stability control of the power grid, according to the requirements of the security and stability control of the large power grid, a dedicated communication network is proposed. The large grid security and stability control system architecture and technology evolution route, designed a multi-service information transfer scheduling platform and supporting network equipment, and passed third-party testing.
The research results of the two projects can effectively improve the "three lines of defense" of China's power grid security and stability, avoid cascading failures and large-scale power outages, reduce the economic losses of the power grid, improve the safe and stable operation and control capabilities of China's power grid, and ensure the development of the national economy.
