This machine is designed for continuous and rapid ice production with an automated control system. The compact unit can be installed above the ice room, saving space. It features a photoelectric switch that automatically detects the ice room capacity. All components such as evaporators, ice scrapers, and the ice room are made of stainless steel for durability and hygiene.
Flake ice is irregular, thin, and flat, measuring between 1.5–2.5mm in width. It can reach temperatures as low as -8°C, making it ideal for storage and transport. The dry and loose texture allows it to be used directly for cooling and mixing. Its large surface area ensures fast cooling and minimizes damage to delicate items.
