**Description**
The LGP220/300/300PI-E mortar grout equipment is designed based on a high-speed vortex mixer and a mortar mixer, enabling continuous and high-speed mixing and grouting of mortar. It is widely used in municipal, highway, railway, hydropower, construction, and mining projects for grouting, gunite, and backfilling applications. This grout station is powered by an electric motor and features a mechanical plunger-type injection pump. Its compact design makes it easy to operate and space-efficient. The grout pump uses frequency control, allowing for smooth and stepless flow adjustment.
The working principle involves evenly mixing the slurry and transferring it to the first agitator. Sand is then added, and the mixture is further blended. The resulting mortar is transferred to the second agitator through the discharge outlet. The grouting pump then draws the mixture from the second agitator to complete the grouting process. While grouting is ongoing, the next batch can be mixed, ensuring continuous operation.
