The S24 series machine is primarily used for mixing resin sand and water glass sand. It is ideal for foundry applications where high-quality molding is required.
The agglomerant uses an electric variable diaphragm pump, which offers the advantages of lightweight, compact design, and stable and reliable flow performance.
This mixer ensures uniform sand mulling, significantly improving the quality of the molding (core making) process.
It can mix sand quickly, and after stopping, the excess sand and tail sand are effectively removed. The open cage-type wall allows easy adjustment and cleaning of the blades, making operation and maintenance more convenient.
The sand mixer’s inlet can be equipped with a new and old sand proportional regulator according to production needs, allowing precise control over the ratio and production rate of new and old sand. Adjustments can be made during the sand mixing process as needed.
