The S24 series mixer is primarily designed for mixing resin sand and water glass sand. It is widely used in foundry applications for producing high-quality molds and cores.
This machine features an electric variable diaphragm pump, which ensures a lightweight, compact design, and stable, reliable flow performance.
It provides uniform sand mulling, ensuring consistent quality in mold making (core making) processes.
The short mixing time reduces the formation of tail sand and un-mixed sand, which are easily removed after stopping. The open cage-type wall allows easy access for blade adjustment and cleaning, making operation and maintenance simple and efficient.
The sand mixer can be equipped with a new and old sand proportional regulator based on production needs, enabling accurate control of the ratio and production rate of new and old sand. Adjustments can be made during the sand mixing process to optimize performance.
