Introduction of the ship deck crane:
The ship deck crane is a machine used for loading and unloading cargo on ships in oceans, coasts, and inland rivers, both domestically and internationally. They have been approved by various classification societies and meet the specifications set by these organizations. Our marine cranes manufactured in our factory offer several advantages, including:

Our Safety Devices:
Our crane products are equipped with the following safety devices for emergency situations:

a. Upper hook limiter – the crane has an automatic hook stop device at the boom top.

b. Overload safety device.

c. Luffing up-down limiters – the luffing cylinder is designed with safe buffering in extreme positions.

d. Emergency stop button.

e. Handle releasing function when power is off.

TECHNICAL AGREEMENT

1. General

This agreement is written in both Chinese and English. In case of any contradiction, the English version shall prevail.

Equipment and materials shall be according to the latest standards of the BV Classification Society at the time the contract is executed and the ship's specifications.

MANUFACTURE shall guarantee the equipment for a period of 12 months after the ship delivery.

7 Days prior to shop delivery test for the equipment, MANUFACTURE should inform SHIPYARD to attend the test and submit the inspection/test information to them.

This agreement shall become effective on the date when the contract has been duly executed.

3.4 After the contract is executed, MANUFACTURE should submit the approval drawings to SHIPOWNER, SHIPYARD, and DESIGNER within 10 days.

After receiving the approval drawing, SHIPOWNER, SHIPYARD, and DESIGNER will return 1 copy of approval drawing with comments. If SHIPOWNER, SHIPYARD, and DESIGNER have not returned the approval drawings within 20 days, that means they have no comments on the approval drawing.

MANUFACTURE should submit the working drawings to SHIPOWNER, SHIPYARD, and DESIGNER within 10 days after receiving the approval drawings returned.

Final drawing should be sent to SHIPYARD together with the equipment.

Synchronous belt drive is a novel drive mode that utilizes pulley gear meshing to

reaches to 0.98. Speed ratio range can fulfill 1:10. Allowable linear speed can attain
