**Application**

The Fuyi Centrifuge Separator is used for intermittent discharge of solids while separating two immiscible liquid phases of different densities. It is widely used in applications such as fish press liquid treatment, stick water and extract separation, and purification of fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, peel oil, and similar products.

**Standard Design**

The machine includes a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubrication bath, and vertical bowl spindle. The bowl is mounted on the spindle inside the frame structure, supported by a solid cover, collecting cover, and frame hood. The feed and discharge system, including a paring disc pump for heavy phase, is also integrated into this framework. All components in contact with process liquids are made of stainless steel. The bowl is of the solid-ejecting type with a hydraulic operating system. The motor is either variable frequency or controlled-torque type.

**Basic Equipment**

Includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion protection set, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, vibration-isolated base plate, flange motor, and a set of tools and spare parts.
