Guide rail type Hydraulic Warehouse Cargo Lift is also called as warehouse elevator lift, is a kind of Vertical Lift platform which is used to transfer cargo between different floors. This goods lift platform can be installed on ground directly or in a 150-300mm deep pit. Its max lift height can reach 35m, max load capacity can reach 50tons. It is made of high strength steel structure with strong carrying capacity, anti-skip platform, chain, electric system and power engine. When the lift platform run, the chain lift platform up/down. The control button can be fixed on the ground or fixed on the platform or by remote control key. By the control button, operator can control the platform to stop at any floor. This machine provide fast, efficient, convenient and safe access to or from mezzanines, balconies, basements, and between levels in multiple story buildings.
Besides the safe devices on normal elevator, this hydraulic cargo lift has the following advantage on safety and stability:
1. Overflow valve: To avoid over loading when it is moving up.
2. Emergency manual valve: In case power off, the lift car may drop to the nearest layer to open the door.
3. Manual pump: When failure occurs, operator may use manual pump to give high pressure oil to get to the nearest layer.
4. Pipe broken protection valve: When lifting car drops fast as oil pipe broken, use the valve can make the lift stop dropping.
5. Oil temperature protection: When temperature of oil is overheat, there is signal given out, stop the lift when temperature get normal, start again.
6.Low failure rate: adopts advanced hydraulic system and good control method, the failure will be avoided at the utmost.
7.Low power consumption: when the hydraulic platform declines, it is drive by pressure of self-weight, can save energy significantly.
