High-temperature wind-source heat pump dryer with air supply of 90°C has been successfully tested

(Professor Zhang Shuguang, Drying Center, School of Materials, Beijing Forestry University, August 2004) Entrusted by Tsinghua University, Beijing Forestry University uses the H+R01 environment-friendly high-temperature refrigerant developed by Tsinghua University to develop a wind source heat pump drying test device developed by the university. The experiment was conducted. The experiment project lasted for half a year and was completed in early July 2004. Dry materials include pine, larch, and poplar. The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the adaptability, energy consumption, heating coefficient and maximum supply air temperature of the H+R01 working medium for the wind source heat pump dryer. The heat pump dryer used in the test was GCS2/1 developed by Beijing Forestry University. The original designed refrigerant was R22 and HTR01. During the experiment, the heat pump dries the R22 experiment first, and then extracted the R22 working medium and then poured it in. HTR01 high temperature working fluid experiment. The experimental results show that when the compression ratio and the condensation temperature of the heat pump compressor are approximately the same, the energy consumption of the HTR01 working medium is smaller than that of the R22, and the heating coefficient is larger than that of the R22. For example, when the compression ratio is 3 and the condensing temperature is 56°C, the heat supply coefficient COP (= heat supply/energy consumption) of the working fluid with R22 is 1.84, while when working with H+R01, the COP is 2.18. This shows that when the heat supply is the same, the energy consumption of H+R01 as the working medium is small, or the heat supply using H+R01 as the working medium is the same under the same energy consumption. In addition, experiments have shown that the maximum supply air temperature with R22 is around 58°C, while the maximum supply air temperature with H+R01 is around 90°C, and its performance in the high temperature work section is better. For example, when the condensation temperature is 85°C and the compression ratio of the compressor is 2.58, the heat supply coefficient is 4.74. For wood drying, the use of H+R01 as the working fluid is not only more energy-efficient than R22. The most important is that it significantly increases the supply air temperature, can significantly reduce the drying time, and increase the production efficiency. For example, Masson's pine is used as the test material. Drying test was conducted. The density of Pinus massoniana was 0.431t/m3, material thickness was 4cm, material amount was 2 m3, initial moisture content was 50%, final moisture content was 12%, drying time was nearly 14 days, and energy consumption was 389kwh/m3. That is, after using H+R01 high temperature working fluid. With the same conditions of the test material, the total drying time was 8 days, which was shortened by nearly half compared with the use of R22 as the working medium. The energy consumption also saved nearly 1/3. The wind source heat pump dryer not only can dry wood, but also can dry food, food, ceramics, chemical products and other materials, or recover exhaust heat. It has the advantages of no pollution and good energy saving effect.
