1. Daily Capacity : 1 ~ 20 ton

Large Ice Cube machine optional size : 22*22*22, 29*29*22 mm. The Cube ice  is edible, clean and sanitary

2. Large production volume:

The production rate can reach 90% ~ 95%, when in summer,and it  can reach 100% ~ 130% when the ambient temperature is lower than 23 °C

3. Low electric power consumption:

In summer, the electric power consumption is about 85 kw.h when producing 1 ton ice. When the bmbient temperature is lower than 23  °C, the electric power consumption is 70 to 80 per ton.

4. Easy to operate:

We adopt PLC system design, one key operation to start or stop the machine. Full automatic ice outlet when you step on the Foot Switch, dont need to scoop the ice. Which reduce the secondary pollution from human and more convenient to pack ice.

5. Ice Molds:

Nickeled Copper Ice Mold, which can resistant to 70% following concentrated nitric acid erosion.When washing ice machine,the low concentration of acetic acid will clean not thorough,high concentrations will eroded ice mold. And our ice mold can avoid this problem.

6. Shockproof code:

Fixed the copper tube and Protect and shockproof coper tube. The shockproof size is fixed in front of the copper tubes and evaporator welds,which  can avoid being damaged during  transport or use.


7. Ice storage:

We leave some  holes to leak the melt  water. It prevent the water from freezeing again and lead the outlet ice screw locked. The Ice is dry and beautiful.

8. Convenient to install:

The machine unit had been tested in our factory for 24 hours continjously. So, the machine unit can start once electric power has been connected and water supply has been connected.

9. Space-saved:

Machine unit adopt 3D model, reasonable layout, integerated design, the structure is very compact .
