According to the traffic department, both programs are very difficult to implement. "3-1" plan

Moreover, out of the 201 routes, there are 70 bus lines that pass 5 or more stations, which account for 30% of the total number of three-ring routes.

Therefore, if the bus lanes can be planned throughout the Third Ring Road, the speed and efficiency of bus operations on the Sanhuan Road will be greatly improved. In the implementation of the bus route on the Third Ring Road, the import and export congestion problem must be solved first. If the three-lane route is changed from three-lane to four-lane, safety issues need to pass through the calculation of the initial bearing capacity of the bridge by the urban construction department.

The plan says that after the bus lane is planned, social traffic can be distributed to other road networks around the Third Ring Road. In fact, at the beginning of the Beijing-Tongshan Expressway, the use of bus lanes proposed to guide social vehicles to take the surrounding roads. However, Jingtong Express is a suburban route, and this condition exists. Third Ring Road in the city, the construction of bus lanes will adjust the entire traffic flow, after all, road resources are limited, there is no such condition.
