Through the newly established Shanghai Communication Service Center, Bosch Service Solutions Division is actively responding to the growing demand for mobile services in the Chinese market and is dedicated to enhancing the safety and convenience of drivers and passengers. The establishment of the new service center will begin with the provision of Bosch emergency call rescue service eCall. Once the system detects an accident in the vehicle, the information is transmitted to the Bosch Teleservice Center operating 24 hours. Thanks to the multi-language communication capabilities of the service center, the center will contact the driver at the first time and call the police to initiate emergency services if necessary. Even if the driver is unconscious at the time, the system can still operate.
