Feile Audio teamed up with CLD Group to develop international public lighting market

Feile Audio announced on the evening of June 22nd that the wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd. signed the "Brazil Urban Road Lighting Renovation Agreement" with the CLD Group on June 20, 2015 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with LINA Technology. The Solution Group signed the Letter of Intent to develop, control and maintain the public lighting sector and promote related research and development related projects and investments through PPP (public-private partnerships). The announcement shows that the two parties are providing related services and registrations in the field of public lighting, and will adopt a joint or SPE type of cooperation. At present, CLD Group has carried out advanced business in more than ten cities in Brazil. In the next six months, CLD Group will assist Yaming Company to undertake road lighting renovation projects in these cities, which is expected to be about 450,000 baht. In addition, Yaming will establish a partnership with the LINA Group to strengthen the alliance. The LINA Group has now carried out advanced operations in various federal units, with a total of approximately 860,000 in addition to other projects. Yaming has the necessary products and investments and will actively participate in the Brazilian urban road lighting renovation project. On the same day, the company announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd. and the energy professional company AGROENERGIADONORTESA signed a memorandum of understanding to help Yaming seek opportunities in the energy market, so that Shanghai Yaming can enter the Brazilian market by providing products and services. It has also entered into a partnership with Shanghai Yaming in the Brazilian public lighting industry and will set up a special purpose company (SPC) with equity shares of AGROENERGIA (10), Shanghai Yaming (65) and local partners (25). Feile Audio said that this cooperation is part of the company's internationalization strategy, which is conducive to the promotion of the company's brand-name LED and other lighting products in the Brazilian market, which will help enhance the company's brand image and accelerate the development of the company's green intelligent lighting industry.
