1, SP is specially developed base on DP technology for the welding carbon steel and high-melting point stainless steel , SP solves the problem that welding of carbon steel and high-melting-point stainless steel requires high no-load and short-circuit currents..
2. SP Adopt high-speed dual-processor DSP (Digital Si--gn Processor), highly integrated in 32-bit MCU, through the precise function operation of micro-processor to control welding machine's each performance and working process, its control is unprecedented accurate and reliable. Excellent welding performance, excellent welding quality .
3, Mainly for spatter free welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel.With 2 steps, 4 steps, Special 4-step stainless steel program and unified welding functions
4, Special 4-step stainless steel welding procedure: when stainless steel started arc , it is easy to lose heat when starting arc, the parent material is difficult to melt. But with the special 4-step program, big current is used when starting arc , after the arc is started, the current is gradually reduced to normal welding current and then drop down to crater current to fill the crater when stop welding.
5, PM series are 4 wheel drive wire feeders and equipped with an expert data base,,PM-5000SP With expert data system and can store 10 groups of custom welding data.
