New lift-type pneumatic transport vehicle was successfully developed

Yanzhou Yangtian Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. of Anhui Province has recently developed a new type of lift-type pneumatic transporter that combines a powder transporter and a dump truck.
The pneumatic transport transporter adopts a lift type structure, and a circular fluidized bed is arranged at the discharge end of the tank body. When the material is discharged, the tank is lifted into an inclined state of 46° by a hydraulic lifting mechanism. The material gradually slides to the fluidized bed of the fluidized bed. Compared with the horizontal tank with long fluidized bed, the tank has a simple structure, effective volume utilization rate and quality utilization factor are high, and it has wide adaptability and can transport many powder materials that are difficult to transport in a horizontal tank.
The vehicle integrates common powder material transportation vehicles, warehouse pumps, pneumatic lift pumps, and gravity-type high-pressure long-distance pipeline transportation technologies, simplifying the process flow and avoiding secondary pollution of dust. At the same time, the vehicle is also equipped with two sets of aerodynamic power sources, which can adapt to a wide range of powder and material transportation and realize a multi-purpose vehicle.
