NPC deputy and chairman of the Xingfa Group, Li Guojun, said that phosphorus chemical companies should follow the development path of integrating resources and promoting deep processing: they should seize the resources to integrate, seize the upstream positions of the phosphorus chemical industry by means of the market, and use scientific mining methods to change the indiscriminate exploitation. The situation of rampant sales, the development of fine products, the maximization of resource allocation, and the change of resource advantages into economic advantages.
The integration of mine resources means the use of rich mines, the use of poor mines, and the utilization of waste mines. Li Guoxi has a strong sense of urgency about resources. Although the Xingfa Group is located in an important phosphorus mine in Hubei Province, it regrets that the mine is like gold. They developed high-tech, high-value-added products, subdivided the ore by quality, and first played the banner of rich mining. At present, the Hing Fat Group's products have grown to 11 series and nearly 50 varieties. The company's annual production, sales scale, comprehensive strength and export earning capacity ranks first in the same industry in China for 4 consecutive years. In recent years, Xingfa Group's sales revenue per ton of phosphate ore processing value has been more than 18 times that of selling raw ores, and the realized tax is more than 10 times that of selling raw ore.
In order to make full use of low-grade phosphate rock, Xingfa Group vigorously promotes the use of lean minerals and accelerates the implementation of large-scale beneficiation, wet-process phosphoric acid and high-efficiency phosphate compound fertilizer projects. They took three measures to increase the comprehensive utilization of phosphate rock: First, zonal mining, priority in the mining of intermediate rich mines at the same time, on the full mining of the upper and lower layers of poor mine; Second, the use of classification, the use of high-grade lump mine for the production of deep processing Products, the use of poor ore and powder ore for the production of wet-process phosphoric acid; third is to speed up the construction of a comprehensive utilization of lean ore. At present, the group’s 2 million-ton mining and processing project has been fully started. It has imported advanced mineral processing technologies from Russia, Israel, and South Africa; the wet-process phosphoric acid project has been completed and put into production, and the wet-process phosphoric acid refining has achieved a major technological breakthrough; it plans to build new projects in Xiangfan. The 2 million tons of high-efficiency phosphorus compound fertilizer project is also stepping up.
After the mining abandoned "abandoned mines", they are not wasted and realized the utilization of waste ore. They built two mine intercepting dams with waste ore and effectively intercepted the opening waste rock of the three mines. The centralized management of waste rock and dams has brought direct economic benefits of more than RMB 10 million to Xingfa Mine, and has also contributed to the protection of the environment. In the past five years, the recovery rate of ore by Xingfa Group reached 75.5%, which is more than 20% higher than that of the surrounding areas.
Under the influence and influence of Xingfa Group, phosphate rock resources in Hubei province, especially the direct ore-takeaway of raw ore, have been effectively curbed, the order of mine mining has been significantly improved, mining and deep-processing companies have achieved joint production and sales, and the added value of phosphorus chemical products has been greatly improved. Resources are "pointed to gold."
Guizhou is also a province rich in phosphate ore resources. Kaiyang County in Guizhou Province is an important phosphorus ore raw material production base due to its abundant reserves and high grade of phosphate reserves. Qu Qinglin, deputy to the National People's Congress and chairman of Guizhou Kaihua Group, said that in order to be able to more quickly explore and sell phosphate ore resources a few years ago, the local government once formed an upsurge of “people-mining” and extensively seized resources, even Vicious competition does not hesitate to reduce the price of cheap resources to the province and abroad. However, the exuberant exploitation of resources has not brought real economic benefits to enterprises and local governments. The abundant resources have not yet caused the local people to bid farewell to poverty. Phosphate fertilizer companies in the Northeast and East China are transporting ore from the southwest in a thousand miles, and the industrial layout of raw materials and processing is extremely unreasonable.
Therefore, Guizhou Kaisuan Group has implemented multiple industries such as phosphorus, coal, electricity, and alkali, and successfully achieved multi-level utilization of resources.

In order to solve the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum and yellow phosphorus slag, Kaifeng Group and other scientific research institutions such as Chongqing University jointly researched and developed new types of building materials using the solid waste phosphogypsum and yellow phosphorus slag produced in the production process of phosphorus chemical industry. Holographic gypsum block technology and gypsum production standard brick technology allow phosphorus resources to “eat dry pressed nets” to the maximum. At the same time, various resources such as coal, electricity, and alkali have also been rationally utilized and recycled.
