Electronic Tensile Testing Machine before use inspection
1) Please check whether the power plug of this system is actually inserted into the socket and whether it is loose. If loose, please connect it.
2) Check whether the emergency stop button of this system is turned on. If it is pressed, please open it.
3) Check if the outlet voltage is normal. If it is abnormal, please change the outlet.
4) Check if the power switch works normally
Abnormal vibration and noise problems
1) Please check whether the four feet of the machine platform are equal to the contact pedestal. If not, adjust the four feet to make the average contact.
2) Check whether the system power supply voltage is normal and stable. If not, replace it with a stable and normal power supply.
3) Check whether the screws on the various parts of the machine are loose. If it is loose, tighten the screws.
4) If everything is correct, please inform the company.
Test data anomalies
1) Please confirm whether the “test piece†clamp is correct or not. If it is not, please confirm it.
2) Please check whether the "Power Sensor" "Decoder" setting is correct. If no, please refer to the operating instructions and the setting is completed.
3) Please check whether the "strength zero key" and "deformation zero key" are pressed before the test is started. If not, restart the test and press the "strength return key" and "deformation zero return key" before the test. ".
