Whether the ball mill works with high efficiency and low failure is determined not only by the quality of the ball mill, but also in many cases, depending on the installation environment and installation quality of the ball mill. The operation of all types of ball mills is not much different during the installation process. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the ball mill, there is no bad condition during the operation of the machine, and the construction of the mounting base should be emphasized. In general, we need to install the ball mill on a reinforced concrete base that is 2.5 to 3 times or more of its weight. The pedestal should also be built in a safe, stable and sturdy place. Keep a certain distance from the factory.
Install the ball mill process:
First, install the main bearing. In order to avoid aggravation of the wear of the shoulder and the bearing lining of the hollow journal, the difference in the elevation of the base plate of the two main bearings should not exceed the range within the length of each meter.
Secondly, install the barrel part of the ball mill. According to the actual situation, the pre-assembled whole simplified part can be directly installed, or it can be installed in several parts. The center line of the journal and the ball mill should be inspected and adjusted, and the concentric error It must be guaranteed to be within the specified range per meter length. Finally install the drive parts (pinion, uranium , coupling, reducer, motor, etc.). During the installation process, measurements and adjustments should be made in accordance with product technical standards. Check the radial slip of the ring gear and the meshing performance of the pinion; the concentricity of the reducer and pinion; and the concentricity of the motor and reducer. When all installations are satisfactory, the final bolting of the foundation bolt and the main bearing bottom plate can be performed to complete the ball mill installation process.
Second, operation and maintenance
The operation of the machine is just like the work of a person. It needs to be in normal operation. If there is any problem in any part, the machine will stop working. In order to make the ball mill operate at a high rate and the grinding effect is good, the operation and maintenance procedures must be strictly observed. Before starting the ball mill, check that the connecting bolts are tightened; the keys of the gears, couplings, etc., and the head of the ore feeder are tightened.
Check if the oil in the fuel tank and reducer is sufficient, whether the whole lubrication device and instrument are faulty, and whether the pipeline is unblocked. Check the debris around the ball mill and the classifier for obstruction. Then use the crane to turn the ball mill for one week, loosen the ball load and ore in the cylinder, and check the meshing of the ring gear and the pinion with or without abnormal sound. The order of starting is to start the ball mill lubricant pump first, then start the ball mill, and then start the classifier. When everything is working properly, you can start painting.
During the operation of the machine, it is necessary to pay more attention to the bearing temperature, which must not exceed 50-65 °C. Always pay attention to the motor, voltage, current, temperature, sound and so on. Always pay attention to the lubrication system, the oil in the fuel tank should not exceed 35 ~ 40 °c, the pressure of the oil pipe should be maintained at 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg / cm2. Check the lubrication of the transmission components such as the large and small gears, the main bearing and the speed reducer of the classifier, and pay attention to whether the front and rear end caps of the ball mill, the simplified body, the discharge bin, the classifier overflow tank and the return sand tank are blocked and sand leakage. Always pay attention to changes in the nature of the ore and take appropriate measures in a timely manner as appropriate.
When stopping the ball mill, stop the mining machine first. After the ore in the simplified body is processed, stop the ball mill motor and finally stop the oil pump. The spiral is raised by the lifting device of the classifier, and then the classifier is stopped.
