A new type of induction loop asynchronous high temperature magnetic pump was successfully developed under the auspices of Professor Yang Fengyu from the Institute of Magnetic Physics and Magnetic Technology, School of Fluid Power and Control, Lanzhou University of Technology.
The pump is completely leak-free when transporting flammable, explosive, highly toxic, corrosive and rare media. The medium is transported under environmentally friendly, safe and pure conditions. The temperature of the transport medium is up to 450 °C without cooling. The pump can be used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, film photocopying, electroplating, nuclear power, vacuum, semiconductor industry, food and other fields. This type of pump has a soft start characteristic when delivering a viscous liquid.
At present, the technology of this project is only mastered by the British HMD company internationally, and there is no manufacturer in China to produce such a pump. Relevant experts believe that the independent research and development of this product by Lanzhou University of Technology has filled the domestic gap, effectively reduced production costs, and the technical level has reached the international advanced level.
