Induction ring asynchronous high temperature magnetic pump developed in Lanzhou

On July 14, a new type of induction ring asynchronous high temperature magnetic pump was successfully developed under the leadership of Professor Yang Fengyu, Institute of Magnetic Physics and Magnetic Technology, Fluid Power and Control Institute of Lanzhou University of Technology. The pump in the transport of flammable, explosive, highly toxic, corrosive, rare media completely leak-free, environmentally friendly, safe and pure conditions of transmission medium, the transmission medium temperature up to 450 ℃, and without cooling. This pump can be used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy , medicine , film photocopying, electroplating , nuclear power, vacuum, semiconductor industry, catering and other fields. This pump has a soft start feature when delivering viscous liquids.
At present, the technology of this project is only mastered by British HMD Company in the world, and there is no such manufacturer in China. Relevant experts believe that Lanzhou University of Technology independently developed the product to fill the gap, effectively reducing the cost of production, the technical level has reached the international advanced level.
