[China Instrument Network Instrumentation Conference] The 3rd Secretary General Meeting of the China Metering Association's Water Meter Working Committee was successfully held in Beijing. Yao Ling, Secretary-General of the Water Meters Working Committee, Deputy Secretary-General Yan Shaojian, Li Hongwei, Song Caihua, and Zhang Qing, Luo Xinyuan, the special chairman of the meeting attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by the Secretary-General Yao Ling. At the meeting, Luo Xinyuan, the chairman of the committee, gave a detailed introduction to the revision of the Measures for the Administration of Standard Work (Amendment) of the Water Metering Working Committee. The deliberation draft will be considered at the 3rd General Assembly of the 5th Water Meter Working Committee.
Yao Ling, Secretary-General, made a report on the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for Development of China's Water Meter Industry" and "Report of the 2015 Work of the Water Metering Committee and 2016 Work Plan (First Draft)"; Deputy Secretary-General Li Hongwei made the "China Water Meter Industry" The 12th Five-Year Development Planning Summary Report, and introduced the second round of application of the Smart Water Metering Working Group; the Deputy Secretary-General Song Caihua reported on the exchange and cooperation with the Water Association Equipment Committee and the quantitative assessment of the work performance of the work committee members. Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Qing reported on the summary of opinions of members of the 2015 Water Area Working Committee meeting.
The core content of the above-mentioned report will be discussed again at the fifth session of the Fifth Committee of the Water Metering Committee held on March 14-17.
