The technical staff of the Municipal Agricultural Machinery Department introduced this year's financial department to specially arrange the comprehensive utilization of stalks to subsidize the funds. The subsidies for reaping and smashing wheat by harvesting wheat from machinery will be given a subsidy of 10 yuan per mu, and the bundled operation of mechanized wheat stalks will be given 15 yuan per mu. subsidy.

"On the one hand, technical measures such as smashing and returning farmland and bale recycling are used to eliminate the burning of straw, and on the other hand, inspections and inspections are strengthened. Once the burning of straw is found to be severely punished, relevant responsible persons are held accountable." said Hu Wei, deputy director of the Municipal Agricultural Machinery Office. The municipal agricultural machinery department organized a total of eight inspection teams to conduct field inspections and inspections at various wheat farms and counties involved in agriculture. At the same time, all districts and counties also organized 28 inspection teams to conduct field inspections in the field and report environmental protection departments immediately upon detection of incineration.

Hu Wei said that during the “three summers” production period, it is necessary to ensure that the summer crops are harvested, a single straw is processed, and autumn crops are sown, leaving no time and space for straw burning, and striving for 100% utilization of wheat straw in the city.
