In the first half of 2012 alone, the number of heavy-duty engines CA6DL2-35E3 that Xichai had reached the European emission standard exceeded 700; in the South American market with Peru and Chile as the center, Xichai matched the CA6DM2, a liberation dump truck that met the European emission standards. -The sales of the -42E4 diesel engine have been steadily increasing. In the African market centered on South Africa, Xichai's liberation of J5 and J6 heavy trucks has also started CKD production in batches, and will form an annual output of 5,000 vehicles. In the Middle East market centered on Iran, Xichai's supporting JAC light truck export has formed a scale, becoming the first brand of domestic diesel engine supporting exports in the Middle East market.

Reform and innovation enhance the vigor of the company's development
People are the first resources of the company and Xichai actively explores new ways for talent construction. The selection of core talents has enabled energy efficiency. In the first half of the year, Xichai conducted evaluations on 115 current core key talents and 87 newly-employed candidates for the term of office, newly recruited and promoted prospective teachers and 56 teachers, and eliminated 4 people.
