Recently, China’s first safety standard for electromagnetic compatibility of construction machinery undertaken by Zoomlion GB/T28554-2012 “Electromagnetic Compatibility Requirements for Construction Machinery with Power Supply Units in Industrial Machinery Electrical Equipment†was formally issued by the National Standardization Management Committee. This marks that All along, the EMC test of engineering machinery products has been broken by relying on European and American standards.
This standard systematically specifies the technical specifications necessary for the evaluation of the EMC performance of construction machinery in the form of internal power supply units such as mobile cranes, concrete pump trucks, and sanitation vehicles, as well as test methods and guidelines that meet the standards.
It is reported that China's construction machinery industry is currently still largely blank in its electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) research.
