220 kV wind power will be introduced into Siping for the first time

Recently, the new construction project of Huaneng Siping Xinfeng Wind Farm in the Liaohe Land Reclamation Management Area of ​​Siping City has sent a 220 kV transmission and transformation project officially put into operation, making Siping Power Grid have the conditions to transmit 220 kV voltage level wind power.

On August 30, the provincial power company hosted the Xinfeng Wind Farm New Construction Project and sent a 220 kV power transmission project start acceptance meeting in Siping. After careful discussion by members of the project startup committee, it believed that the Xinfeng Wind Farm new construction project sent 220 kV transmission and transformation. The construction of electric projects conforms to the relevant provisions of the electric power industry and relevant regulations, and the quality of the projects is of good grade, which allows them to be put into operation.

This project is a supporting project for wind farms. It was started on December 20, 2009 and completed on August 25, 2010. The construction period is 245 days. It is 120 days ahead of the State Grid Corporation of Engineering construction standards and 30 days ahead of schedule.

Xinfeng Wind Power Plant has a planned development capacity of 200MW, a phase of project development capacity of 49.5MW, and installation of 33 sets of 1500kW wind turbines. The estimated annual power generation is 4.0519929MWh, which is close to one-tenth of the annual power supply of Siping Grid. . At present, the first phase of the wind farm project has been completed.

How Vibrating Grizzly Feeders Work
The Vibrating Grizzly Feeder consists of a pan section at the feed end to receive and start segregating the material. The discharge end consists of a grizzly section with openings that allow the undersized material to pass before discharging into the crusher. The feeder is mounted on springs and vibrated via a mechanism located underneath the feeder pan, protecting it from misfed material that fails to reach the feed hopper. The vibration force is angled to the feeder, pointing toward the discharge end. This action of the vibrator forces the material toward the discharge end while segregating the material, causing the finer particles to move toward the bottom of the load.

As the material travels to the grizzly section, the finer material settles to the bottom and passes through the openings in the grizzly. This bypassed material decreases the amount of material going into the crusher, reducing the size of the crusher required as well as the wear inside the crusher. The bypassed material can be combined with the material going through the crusher on the under conveyor. This prescreened material protects the under conveyor from the impact of the material exiting the crusher. The prescreened material can be segregated as a product, or it can be discarded if the fines in the material are a contaminate.
