This just came in from Chi-Town Fire Photos:
Battalion 19 along with their companies had quite the day today. By the time they arrived at their third fire of the day on 207 East 71st Street, things were already intense. The fire had spread throughout a large 75x75 foot storefront, making it a challenging situation right off the bat. To help combat the flames, four 2.5-inch hose lines were deployed, and Squad 5 was quickly put to work. Not long after, Battalion Chief 19 called for additional resources and Tower Ladder 34 was brought in to assist from the front of the building. By the time I arrived about 30 minutes into the fire, the crews were already deep into action.
