High temperature water source heat pump technology in the petrochemical industry a large number of applications

With the increasing contradiction between supply and demand of energy, how to use energy efficiently and recover various waste heat to save energy and reduce consumption has become an urgent problem to be solved. High-temperature water source heat pump is the recently developed effective solution to the energy and environmental problems in the petrochemical industry. At present, the technology has been widely used in the petrochemical industry in Europe and the United States.

Heat pumps are energy-utilizing systems that transfer heat from low-temperature objects to high-temperature objects through thermodynamic cycles at the cost of consuming a portion of high-quality energy (mechanical energy, electrical energy, etc.) or high-temperature energy. High-temperature water source heat pump is a type of high-temperature heat pump, which uses a variety of industrial waste water to make 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃ hot water, can be used directly for heating and general industrial heating.

In the petrochemical industry, crude oil gathering and transportation system is the basic production system of oilfield, which consumes more energy. A typical crude oil technology system needs to consume both heat and energy to remove crude oil from formation to production of qualified crude oil. The heat energy mainly comes from the natural gas produced by the oil field. In the past to reduce heat loss and improve the efficiency of the heating furnace has been the main method to save energy consumption in the field, and waste heat recovery technology is a weak link.

At present, many oil fields in our country belong to the middle and late period of exploitation, and the water content in the crude oil is huge. Seventy percent of the water in the production fluid is the same as 30 percent of the crude oil, and is pressurized by a pump. Heating in the furnace is sent from the wellhead to the joint station for oil-water separation. The temperature of the separated sewage is between 40 ° C and 60 ° C. Take Shengli Oilfield as an example, at present, there are 52 oil production sewage stations with an effluent discharge volume of 720,000 cubic meters / day and the sewage water temperature is between 50 ℃ and 70 ℃. Among them, there are 14 water stations whose water temperature is above 60 ℃ and about 260,000 cubic meters / day of water drainage, which is a very considerable thermal energy available.

If the use of high-temperature heat pump extracted from the 5 ℃ heat recovery, the recyclable energy of 73,000 kilowatts. Taking into account the heat output of the heat pump, up to 100000 kilowatts, equivalent to 10t / h crude oil all the calories burned, that is, the annual production capacity of 87,600 tons of crude oil. If the heat pump is used to reduce the temperature of oil-contaminated water by 20 ℃ to 30 ℃, 350,000 tons of crude oil can be saved each year, equivalent to 1% of the crude oil output of Shengli Oilfield. It can be seen that the application of high-temperature water source heat pump will maximize the utilization of residual heat resources in oilfields and petrochemical industries, create economic value of billions of yuan or even billions of dollars, and create a new way of saving energy and reducing consumption.
