Brazil decides to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese glyphosate

The Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission (CAMEX) decided on February 21st to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on glyphosate imported from China, but the anti-dumping duty rate has dropped from the original 35.8% to 11.7%.
Since 2003, Brazil has imposed a 35.8% anti-dumping duty on glyphosate imported from China. It is valid for 5 years and should be completed on February 12 this year as required. Prior to this, Brazil imposed the Common Market External Tariff (TEC) on the imports of Chinese glyphosate, and the import tax rate was between 12% and 14%.
