The improper management, the responsibilities of the relevant personnel of the equipment are not clearly defined, and the maintenance capability and level of the equipment are also important factors. As a result, operators are under pressure from the psychological pressure to take responsibility.

Second, low programming level:

CNC machine tools are only a flexible, flexible production tool, in order to play its characteristics and advantages, especially the powerful support of CNC NC programs. At present, most manufacturers of CNC machine tools in China are still using manual NC code input methods on CNC machines. Third, backward tool management:

At the same time, cutting tools are relatively expensive and expendable resources. In the more production environment of numerically-controlled machine tools, the number of cutters is huge, and the components therein are also quite complicated and the information is numerous.
