Cummins Inc. announced that Rich Freeland, the current Cummins Parts Business Unit, will replace Jim Kelly as Cummins Engine's President; Cummins's President will be replaced by the current Cummins India Limited General Manager Tan. Feng Tianxiang has served as President of Cummins Components Business since February 2008. During his tenure, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership. The key components made positive contributions to Cummins' first meeting the EPA 2010 emission standards.
From 2005 to 2008, Feng Tianxiang served as President of Cummins Distribution Division. During this period, the division made important contributions to the company's profit improvement. Previously, he was the leader of PowerCare, fuel system, procurement, and heavy-duty engine business. From 1996 to 2000, he was the director of the Cummins Columbus Engine Plant.

Tan Annan will replace Tian Tianxiang as the president of Cummins Parts Business in March 2010 and concurrently serve as general manager of Cummins India Limited.
Tan Annan joined Cummins in 1986. Starting from September 2004, leading Cummins’ business development in India has brought Cummins's total turnover in India nearly threefold in the past five years to nearly US$1.8 billion in 2008. Previously, Tan Annan once held a series of leadership positions in the Cummins Power Division: previously served as general manager of the commercial and consumer unit business of Cummins Americas. He also served in the Cummins Headquarters Strategy Team and also worked in the Engine Division for finance, production, and general management.
