Due to economic sanctions imposed on Iran, Caterpillar and other brands interrupted their service support to Iranian customers. As a result, customers did not have the ability to solve problems in a timely manner after engine failure, which severely restricted the timeliness of after-sales services.
Under this background, Weichai insisted on the service concept of “customer satisfaction is our aimâ€. Although the customer did not use Weichai's engine, Weichai still resolutely provided customers with strong after-sales service technical support. Due to timely and effective services, many local Iranian powerful construction machinery agents have begun to understand and disapprove of Weichai products and are willing to try to use loyal customers who eventually become Weichai products.
The most representative of these companies is Tirage Machine of Iran, which operates Longgong products. In 2007, it was the Taiwan Weichai engine. As of October 2010, it had already distributed and distributed 950 construction machinery products. The designation of the current order for Weichai engines is 100%.
At the end of 2007, Weichai's office began its involvement in the Russian market. It is still unfamiliar to the customers and the entire market environment. At this time, the company has already sold more than 600 units of Weichai products. The two sides' initial contact is very pleasant and friendly to the next few years. The reason for the long-term cooperation laid the foundation for the fact that both parties have a common concept - "service marketing". In 2008, Weichai began to authorize overseas service stations to expand its market influence and improve its service network. During the period, SDT actively assisted the Weichai office in understanding the local machinery industry's service and man-hours fees, repeatedly assisted Weichai to check, perfect the terms of service and the Three Guarantees clause in Russian law, for the Weichai office in the CIS region. The construction of the service network in the later period has played a crucial step. At the same time, the Weichai office has repeatedly provided training and technical support to the service station. Now the station is at the forefront of 30 service stations in Russia regardless of spare parts reserves or service capabilities.
SDT Center Co., Ltd., located in Moscow, Russia, has sold more than 1,000 temporary loaders since 2007. In February 2009, it became an authorized overseas service station for Weichai and formally joined the Weichai International Service Team with authorization number GS3002.
According to Weichai’s plans for overseas service and sales, it is estimated that by 2015, it will establish service offices in 30 overseas countries, develop 300 local service stations, and strive to build a service competitive advantage with Weichai's unique characteristics, and strive to support Weichai in Overseas sales of 100,000 sets of great goals.
