The QSZ submersible slurry pump operates by using a coaxial motor shaft to drive the impeller. As the impeller rotates, it transfers energy to the slurry, creating velocity and facilitating the movement of solids for effective slurry delivery. Construction Drawing

(1) Electrical Wiring
(a) The pump uses a four-core cable with three power lines and one ground wire. Protective devices are included, and the cable cores have specific functions indicated by labels. Ensure the ground wire is properly grounded and check resistance values with a multimeter.
(b) Insulation resistance should be tested during installation, and the motor’s insulation resistance must not be less than 5MΩ after being submerged.
(c) If the pump runs dry, it may be connected in reverse; swap any two of the three-phase power cables to correct the direction. (2) Installation Method
For mobile installations, the pump is vertically suspended into the water. Ensure the placement is smooth, secure the cable, and connect the outlet pipe. This method is easy to install and move. Operating Conditions

2. Maximum medium temperature: 40°C, no flammable gases allowed
3. Maximum solid particle concentration: 30%, maximum medium density: 1.2kg/L
4. Maximum diving depth: 20 meters; minimum depth must submerge the motor
5. Operation mode: Continuous, with vertical orientation for optimal performance
