Structure and Working Principle:
The machine consists of a rim, bearing bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using M4 threaded holes on both rims. The seed roller allows planting of corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea. The working principle involves a series of rotating parts that ensure accurate seed placement into furrows.
Adjustable for multiple seed types.Operation:
Users can select eight different spacing options. Curved plates form a funnel, and each arc nozzle plate is fixed. The length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are connected, and each side is trimmed with a putter. The push transmission rod drives the wheel, which turns the seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing action for accurate seeding.
Shaft sides are connected with flat center bushings and brackets. When pushed manually, the sprocket drives intermittent motion for sowing. The machine is designed for single-grain corn planting and two tablets, accommodating various grain sizes and five color options. Adjustments are simple—just replace the seed round when changing the type of seed. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market-leading). Users should test the machine before official sowing and check the seeding process regularly to avoid issues like lack of seeds or germination failure.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and screws for tightness to prevent loosening.
2. After use, clean all parts, oil threads, and store in a cool, dry place to extend the life of the machine.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious of foreign objects in the nozzle during wet soil or rain.
3. Match the seed type with the appropriate seed round.
4. Do not run backwards; push only in the direction of the arrow.
5. Control the sowing speed at 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Keep children away from the machine to avoid damage or injury.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always follow the direction of the arrow when operating the seeder.
9. If you notice a significant drop in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align parts carefully.
