Currently, shotcrete machines are divided into two types: dry concrete spraying machines and wet concrete shotcrete spraying machines.

Both are commonly used for pouring thin-walled structures such as tunnel linings, walls, and ceilings, as well as the covering layer of steel structures.

Dry spraying machines mix cement, sand, and gravel in a dry and even state, using compressed air to deliver materials to the nozzle where they are mixed with pressurized water for pouring. They require skilled operators, and the particle size should not be too large. However, due to the high amount of cement required and the high jet velocity, this leads to severe dust pollution and rebound, limiting their usage.

Wet spraying machines deliver well-mixed concrete to the nozzle through conveying and pumping, and compressed air is added at the outlet of the delivery pump, ensuring that materials and air fully integrate within the pipe, making the poured material more even. Additionally, accelerator is sprinkled on the nozzle to make the material solidify quickly and reduce the rebound rate. Moreover, its working efficiency is higher than that of dry spraying machines because the mixture can be easily controlled.

Wet spraying machines are widely used in concrete spraying operations in places such as mines, tunnels, culverts, railways, hydro-power projects, underground engineering, and revetment.

Main Features of Hydraulic Pump-type Wet Spraying Machine
The system is more reliable and has stable delivery capacity when using hydraulic pumping.
It has a large volume of delivery, long-distance delivery, and high construction efficiency.
Sprayed concrete has high performance and strength, as well as being dense and homogeneous.
PLC controls the main oil pump, which uses a variable displacement piston pump of constant power, allowing the delivery amount to be freely adjusted according to needs.
S-pipe surfacing electrodes, wear plates, and cutting rings are embedded with high-strength hard alloys, improving wear resistance and increasing the service life of parts.
Equipped with a multi-point electric lubrication pump, combined with automatic and effective control of grease filling amount and time, effectively extending the service life of wear-out parts.
Air cooling prevents damage caused by water cooling in winter.
Accelerator is added and controlled by a metering pump from a domestic famous brand, achieving accurate measurement and stepless speed regulation.
Dust concentration around the machine and nozzle is reduced, minimizing harm to the operator's health.

Accelerator Metering Pump: reciprocating piston diaphragm pumps are resistant to high temperatures, erosion, and abrasion, with high measurement accuracy, and their speed can be regulated steplessly.
Features of Electronically Controlled Reversing System: low pumping pressure and high reversing speed, reducing reversal impact and operator labor intensity; two separate hydraulic circuits ensure more stable oil supply; accurate PLC control makes operation simple and reliable, increasing the reversing speed of the swing cylinder while reducing the reversal impact. At the same time, the instantaneous action of the large cylinder's reverse is accelerated, making the concrete cylinder more substantial, increasing the continuity of material supply and achieving even discharge.
