Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, commonly used in low to medium vacuum applications. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other types of vacuum pumps such as mechanical booster pumps and turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are ideal for pumping air and dry gases but are not suitable for corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They also cannot handle gases with dust or small particles.
They operate efficiently in well-ventilated areas with ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C, and humidity below 80%. Additional applications include:
- Combining with Roots pumps to increase pumping capacity and vacuum level.
- Using a condenser and gas ballast valve when pumping moist or condensable gases.
- Installing dust filters if the gas contains particles.
- Adding corrosion-proof filters for corrosive gases.
