GPM Series PVC Pipe Production Line is primarily designed for the manufacturing of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage systems, and cable conduits. The system consists of a conical or parallel twin-screw extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary (chipless) cutting machine, and a stacker. It can also be equipped with a controller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer to produce high-quality piping.
Main Features of PVC Pipe Extrusion Line:
1. Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and no rust.
2. Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties.
3. Outstanding aging resistance, suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -15°C to 60°C, with a lifespan of up to 50 years.
4. Smooth inner walls reduce scaling and improve fluid transport efficiency by up to 43.7% compared to cast iron pipes.
5. Lightweight and easy to install, requiring only half the labor effort of steel pipes.
6. Good electrical insulation properties with volume resistivity between 1–3 × 10ⵠΩ·cm and breakdown voltage of 23–2 kV/mm.
7. Low impact toughness and high linear expansion coefficient, limiting its operating temperature range.
