GPM Series PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is primarily designed for the production of agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage systems, and cable conduits. The system consists of a conical or parallel twin-screw extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, multi-claw haul-off machine, planetary (chipless) cutting machine, and stacker. It can also be equipped with a controller thickening instrument or computer inkjet printer to ensure the production of high-quality PVC piping.

Main Features of the PVC Pipe Extrusion Line:
1. Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and no rust.
2. Self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties.
3. Outstanding anti-aging performance, suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -15°C to 60°C, with a service life of up to 50 years.
4. Smooth wall surface, low inner wall friction, resistant to scaling, and offers 43.7% higher fluid transport capacity compared to cast iron pipes.
5. Lightweight and easy to cut, connect, bend, and weld, reducing installation workload by about half compared to steel pipes.
6. Good electrical insulation properties, with volume resistivity between 1–3 x 10ⵠΩ·cm and breakdown voltage of 23–2 kV/mm.
7. PVC pipe has low toughness, a high linear expansion coefficient, and a limited operating temperature range.
