Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, which is one of the main low and medium vacuum equipment. It can be used independently or as a forepump for vacuum pumps, mechanical booster pumps, and turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are suitable for low and medium vacuum applications and are primarily designed to pump air and other dry gases, not corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They cannot handle gases with tiny particles or dust, nor can they transport small objects.
The XD series vacuum pumps can operate continuously in well-ventilated rooms with ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and humidity levels below 80%. In addition to the above uses, the XD series can also be adapted for other applications:
- To increase gas pumping capacity and improve vacuum level, combine with Roots pumps to form a unit.
- If pumping moist air or condensable gases, install a condenser before the vacuum pump and use a gas ballast valve on the pump.
- If pumping gases containing dust, install a dust filter before the vacuum pump.
- If pumping corrosive gases, install a corrosion-proof gas filter before the vacuum pump.
