Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, which is one of the main low and medium vacuum equipment. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other pumps like mechanical booster pumps or turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are suitable for low and medium vacuum applications, primarily designed to handle air and dry gases, not corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They cannot pump gases with small particles or dust, nor can they transport any small objects.
The XD series vacuum pumps are capable of operating for extended periods in well-ventilated rooms with ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and humidity levels up to 80%. In addition to their primary uses, they can also be adapted for other applications such as:
- Combining with Roots pumps to increase pumping capacity and improve vacuum levels.
- Installing a condenser before the pump if pumping moist air or condensable gases, along with a gas ballast valve on the pump.
- Using dust filters in front of the pump when dealing with dusty gases.
- Adding corrosion-proof gas filters for handling corrosive gases.

A: It depends on the quantity of the pumps. Usually, it takes about 15 days after receiving the prepayment. We will confirm with you once production starts.
8. Q: How to install the equipment upon arrival?
A: We will include an operation manual with the goods. Please follow the instructions carefully for installation.
9. Q: How long is the product warranty period?
A: Our warranty lasts for 12 months from the date the product leaves our factory, covering any non-artificial quality issues.
10. Q: What do you do in case of a quality complaint?
A: We have a fully computer-controlled testing system. All products are tested before delivery, and no product that fails performance tests leaves our factory.
