  1. Brief Introduction
This series of valves are designed for use in ultra-high vacuum systems. They serve as control valves that can start and stop the vacuum line. There are two types available: manual and pneumatic. These valves offer high stability, durability, excellent sealing performance, and a long service life, making them a popular choice in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Manual valves operate using a rotating handle, while pneumatic valves use compressed air. In case of power failure, the valve plates will automatically close due to spring force. The valves are suitable for pure air and non-corrosive gases.
