  1. Brief Introduction
This series of valves is suitable for the start and stop operations in ultra-high vacuum systems. They come in two types: manual and pneumatic. These valves are known for their stability, durability, excellent sealing performance, and long service life, making them a preferred choice in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Manual valves use a rotating handle as the actuation mechanism, while pneumatic valves rely on compressed air. When the air supply is lost, the valve plates close automatically due to spring force. The valves can handle pure air and non-corrosive gases.

  3. Equipped with stainless steel bellows and Viton O-rings, no lubrication required.
  4. The inner body of the valve is welded with stainless steel, resulting in a low leak rate.

Each product has its own order number. Customers can search based on the valve's operating mode and DN size. For example, an order number could be 2089, which refers to a High Vacuum Manual Block Straight Valve with DN=16mm and CF flange.
