The company's total discharge port construction is not standardized, no flow measurement section is set, and the online monitoring device for flow rate and total chromium concentration is not installed in accordance with the requirements of the EIA approval. The monitoring report of the Macheng Environmental Monitoring Station on July 15, 2014 showed that the company's total discharge SS concentration was 57 mg/L (execution standard is 50), and the petroleum concentration was 3.4 mg/L (execution standard was 3.0). Exceeded the standard discharge.
