Metal cutting machine and grinder safety technology

Third, the safety requirements of the grinder

(a) Installation of grinder

1. Installation position: The grinder is forbidden to be installed on the nearby equipment and operators or places where people often pass by. If there is no special grinding machine room, the front of the grinding machine shall be equipped with a protective baffle of not less than 1.8m in height.

2. After the grinding wheel with the diameter ≥ 200mm is mounted on the flange, the balance debugging should be performed first.

3, the diameter of the flange of the grinding wheel shall not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the installed grinding wheel, and the new grinding wheel shall be replaced when the specified grinding wheel is worn to a diameter of 10 mm greater than the diameter of the flange.

4. The protective cover is the most important protective device of the grinder. Its opening angle shall not exceed 65° above the spindle level, and a crumple plate shall be set when ≥30°. The gap between the circumferential surface of the grinding wheel and the baffle shall be less than 6mm.

(B), the use of grinding machine: No side grinding, no positive operation, no joint operation.
