When the wind speed recorder wind sensor does not work properly, we can perform the following steps to diagnose.
1 In the case of closing the collector, check whether the connection between the wind sensor and the collector is firm. If it is not firm, restart the collector after reconnection to see if it is normal. 2 If not, use a multimeter to check the power supply of the collector and the wind sensor. First adjust the multimeter to DC 20V and measure the 1 and 10 contacts of the collector to see if the voltage is between 9.5 and 15.5V. If the power supply is not normal, restart the collector, remove the No. 1 and No. 10 wiring of the acquisition board, and measure the voltage of feet No. 1 and No. 10. If the power supply is still abnormal, there are two cases: the power cable has problems and the collector malfunction. Focus on checking whether the power cord is broken inside. 3 If the power supply is normal, check whether the communication line is in good condition and if there is a disconnection inside. If the communication line is in good condition, the sensor is faulty and replace the sensor. Otherwise, re-weld the damaged sensor communication cable.
