Vertical Lathe Safety Inspection

1. Equipment Inspection 1.1 The operating handle should be flexible. When the control handle is moved to the “start” position, the rocker arm that presses the friction plate should be able to reach the self-locking position to ensure reliable positioning.
1.2 The workbench should have a positioning plate to prevent the four claws from exiting.
1.3 When machining eccentric workpieces, heavy iron must be added to keep the workbench balanced. Counterweight iron must be securely clamped to prevent injury.
1.4 The friction clutch in the rapid stroke mechanism must be intact and can provide protection when the load is too large.
1.5 The safety pin in the fuse box in the feed box must meet the design requirements to prevent accidents due to overload.
1.6 There shall be a limit device to prevent the crossbeam and the knife frame from exceeding the stroke when moving.
1.7 The operating platform should have a bar and a bottom guard. Collectors retreat 1.8 All control handwheels should have positioning devices and obvious gear signs. The bolts and nuts pressing the hand wheel should be complete, intact, and tight.
1.9 The taper of the triangle tape and the coupling between the main motor and the gearbox shall be provided.
1.10 Worktables should be fenced to prevent injury when the worktable rotates.
1.11 A chip baffle should be set around the worktable.
1.12 Should be set wooden pedals.
2. Behavior Check 2.1 The tool gage is not allowed to be placed on the beam cutter.
2.2 Do not remove iron directly by hand. Use special tools for cleaning.
2.3 When loading and unloading workpieces and tools, it is necessary to work closely with driving drivers and linking workers.
2.4 Workpieces and tools should be fastened. The used jacks, ramps, pads, etc. should be fixed and checked frequently to prevent loosening.
2.5 Before the workpiece is clamped, the workpiece can only be jogged. It is necessary to pay attention to the distance between the human body and the rotating body. It is strictly prohibited to stand on the rotary table to adjust the machine and operation buttons. Non-operators are not allowed to approach the machine.
2. The wrench used must be consistent with the nut or bolt. Use force when clamping to prevent slipping.
2.7 If the shape of the workpiece exceeds the chuck, appropriate measures must be taken to avoid collision with the column, beam or to injure the person.
2.8 The knife must be slowed down. When the knife is automatically set, the cutter head is stopped from the workpiece by 40 to 60 mm and the manual feed is changed by hand.
2.9 During cutting, the tool must not be stopped before leaving the workpiece.
2.10 When processing heavy parts, add heavy iron to keep the balance of chucks.
2.11 Be careful when operating the "stand" operation. Do not extend your body to the rotating body.
2.12 It is prohibited to measure the workpiece and change the rotation speed and direction during the cutting process.
2.13 It is not allowed to take things or clean iron scraps with rotating workpieces.
2.14 When the work piece is loosened, the machine tool is running abnormally, and the feed is excessive, stop and adjust immediately.
2.15 When a large vertical vehicle is operated by more than two persons, it must be clear that the main operator is responsible for unified command and cooperation.
3. Operating environment: The pit is covered with a cover plate.

1.Working process Of waste rubber  pyrolysis plant:

First, the raw materials are put into the reactor, and then seal the feeding in door, later start the machine and the reactor will be rotating and heated by coal, natural gas, wood or electricity. When the temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, we will get the crude oil, the oil steam will be continuous produced until the temperature reaches 350-460 C; oil steam will flow through oil gas separator, light component will enter the condensers and meanwhile the heavy oil will be discharged automatically into in heavy oil tank. The liquefied part will be condensed as crude oil, and the part which cannot be liquefied will be transferred by the water seal back to the burning chamber to be reused as heating material.
